I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and levels of fitness and helping them move toward a higher level of function. It is my firm belief that physical therapy should be collaborative and works best when patients have ownership in the process. Therefore, I value spending time with people in order to mutually decide what is important for our plan of care. I work with my patients to come up with an empowering, movement-based plan that allows them to return to meaningful activities in their lives. My goals are to provide compassionate care, create effective problem-solving strategies, and celebrate perseverance and growth.
